Cancellation Policy

Recording Services Agreement This contract ("Agreement") is made between you (referred to as the "Artist"), PMF RECORDING STUDIOS (referred to as the "Producer" or "Company"), and PMF RECORDING STUDIOS. Recitals In consideration of the mutual covenants herein contained, it is agreed as follows: 1. Services Provided Producer agrees to provide studio facilities and engineering services to the Artist for the purpose of producing master records ("Masters") and developing the Artist's music within a 1 hour session. 2. Recording Services (i) The producer agrees to offer engineering services to the Artist at a fee of GH¢ 200 per hour. The fee must be paid in full before entering this contract. (ii) The fee covers an engineering session only. (iii) Artist may bring their own legally obtained samples for production. COMPANY is not liable for any illegal samples or beats provided by the Artist. (iv) The Artist may bring a preferred producer/engineer or instrumentalist to work during the production period. (v) This contract is exclusive to one artist and whoever they decide to collaborate with on the song to be produced. 3. Recording Sessions (i) Booking the studio is subject to no limitations within the stated working hours. (ii) Producer will be available for sessions booked at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. (iii) Studio hours are 9 am to 6 pm on weekdays and 9 am to 3 pm on Saturdays. Additional session times may incur extra charges. 4. Term of Agreement This agreement extends for the full Sixty (60)-day Recording Contract period, and fees are non-refundable. 5. Breach Notice of breach must be given in writing, and the breaching party has 7 days to cure the breach. 6. Delivery of Recordings Recordings will be delivered after the production period ends. The delivery date will be communicated at the end of the period. 7. Governing Law This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. 8. Modifications This agreement cannot be orally modified and requires a signed agreement by all parties for any changes. For inquiries, contact the Manager at +233209061765.
